Restore volume with dermal fillers in Newry

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers restore volume, shape and definition, from softly fuller lips to sculpted cheekbones and a more defined jawline, for results that look naturally you.

Our fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a substance found naturally in the skin that attracts and holds moisture. Carefully placed, it replaces lost volume, balances proportions and softens deeper lines, with results you can see straight away.

At COR Cosmetics in Newry, every filler treatment is planned around your features after a thorough consultation. Enhancing, never overdoing.

FAQs

Will my results look natural?

That’s always our aim. We’ll talk through what you’d like at your consultation and plan a treatment that suits your face. You can always build gradually.

Does it hurt?

Most of our fillers contain a local anaesthetic to keep you comfortable, and we can use numbing cream on sensitive areas like the lips.

How long do dermal fillers last?

Typically 6–12 months for lips and 12–18 months for areas like the cheeks and jawline, depending on the product, the area and your metabolism.

Is there any downtime?

Some swelling, tenderness or bruising is normal for a few days, especially in the lips. Most people return to normal activities straight away.

What’s the aftercare?

For 24–48 hours avoid make-up on the area, strenuous exercise, alcohol, saunas and extreme heat or cold, and try not to press on the treated area. We’ll give you full aftercare advice.

Can fillers be reversed?

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if needed, which is one of the reasons they’re considered one of the safest options.
